This is what happens when I work on my day off. I was headed to Sandpoint to shoot a log cabin, which unexpectedly, was occupied after our long journey. Oh well. We decided to make the most of it by visiting Trestle Creek and shooting beautil scenic shots. The kids absolutely love to wait in the car while daddy quickly veers off the road to get a shot, or two, or 30 minutes later. We had a great time!

April 16, 2009From just looking at this beautiful photo, you can’t really tell that I was on a fire escape, squeezing my legs together, blocking the almost setting sun from her face, while setting off a beauty dish strobe to back light her. The sun was coming through the stairs so beautifully, casting some epic shadows!

April 11, 2009I liked these guys from the moment I met them. You can tell that they really love eachother from the fact that they can’t stop smiling and laughing around eachother for a second. We had a really great time on this rainy (yet again) day and I am really excited for their wedding day. It’s going to be gorgeous!
